A new ballet series, Etoile, is streaming now on Amazon Prime Video. Both Eli and Matisse were in a tv show about a ballet school called “Buneheads” back in 2012 when “Getting To The Nutcracker” was filmed.
The choreography for Etoile is with the same woman who worked with them both on Bunheads, Marguerite Derricks. Matisse plays a character named L.J. Eli, who is currently working at New York City Ballet also dances in several episodes.
